Anak Usia 3 Tahun Dengan Gastroenteritis Akut Disertai Dehidrasi Ringan Sedang Dan Tonsilofaringitis Akut : Laporan Kasus
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Gastroenteritis akut (GEA) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas pada anak, dengan dehidrasi sebagai komplikasi yang sering terjadi. Tonsilofaringitis akut (TFA) juga merupakan infeksi saluran pernapasan atas yang umum pada anak-anak. Kombinasi kedua kondisi ini dapat menjaga kondisi klinis pasien dan membutuhkan tatalaksana yang tepat. Laporan Kasus: Anak berusia 3 tahun datang dengan keluhan demam naik turun selama tiga hari, disertai mual, muntah, batuk, pilek, badan lemas, dan nafsu makan menurun. Pemeriksaan fisik menunjukkan tanda-tanda dehidrasi ringan hingga sedang, bibir kering, serta hiperemis pada dinding faring dengan pembesaran tonsil T2/T2. Pemeriksaan laboratorium menunjukkan peningkatan neutrofil dan keton dalam urin, yang mengindikasikan kemungkinan dehidrasi. Diagnosa yang ditegakkan adalah GEA dengan dehidrasi ringan-sedang dan TFA. Pasien mendapatkan terapi rehidrasi intravena, antipiretik, antiemetik, antibiotik, serta suplementasi zinc dan probiotik. Setelah beberapa hari perawatan, kondisi pasien membaik, dengan penurunan frekuensi muntah dan diare, serta peningkatan nafsu makan. Kesimpulan: Penatalaksanaan yang cepat dan tepat pada kasus GEA dengan dehidrasi serta TFA sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut. Terapi rehidrasi, suportif, dan farmakologis sesuai indikasi dapat mempercepat proses pemulihan pasien.
