Efektivitas Delayed Cord Clamping Terhadap Parameter Hematologi Neonatus Cukup Bulan Di TPMB Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang
Abstract
Sebagai prosedur yang sederhana dan aman, DCC bermanfaat terhadap status hematologis pada bayi baru lahir cukup bulan. Waktu optimal DCC belum diketahui dengan jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas DCC terhadap parameter hematologi pada neonatus cukup bulan di TPMB Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan post-test only control group design. Sebanyak 36 bayi diambil secara acak menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling terbagi menjadi 18 bayi pada masing-masing kelompok, yaitu kelompok ICC dan DCC. Sampel darah bayi diambil pada 48 jam pertama setelah kelahiran. Analisis menggunakan uji parametrik independent t test. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin (Hb) darah vena, hemoglobin (Hb) darah tali pusat, dan hematokrit (Ht) pada kelompok DCC lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok ICC. Rata-rata kadar bilirubin total pada kelompok DCC lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok ICC. Terdapat perbedaan kadar Ht (p value 0,000), kadar Hb darah vena (p value 0,000), tidak ada perbedaan kadar Hb tali pusat (p value 0,125) dan tidak terbukti meningkatkan kadar bilirubin total (p value 0,269) pada 48 jam pertama kelahiran. Praktik ini sebaiknya dilakukan secara rutin sebagai standar dalam persalinan normal tanpa penyulit dan cukup bulan sesuai langkah pada APN.
