Literature Review: Peran Anestesi Vibrasi Pada Prosedur Tindakan Kosmetik

Abstract


Minat terhadap tindakan kosmetik telah mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun tindakan kosmetik dapat menimbulkan rasa nyeri yang berlebih. Telah tersedia berbagai metode untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri, salah satunya adalah pemberian stimulus vibrasi. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek dan signifikansi anestesi vibratorik dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri pada tindakan kosmetik. Metode yang digunakan adalah review terhadap tujuh artikel dari jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2014-2024. Artikel didapatkan dari mesin pencarian PubMed dengan kata kunci ‘vibratory anesthesia’, ‘cosmetic procedure’, dan ‘vibration anesthesia device’. Dari studi pustaka didapatkan hasil bahwa anestesi vibratorik aman dan efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri pada berbagai tindakan kosmetik seperti dermal filler di wajah, injeksi steroid interlesional pada keloid, staple removal, dan suture removal. Stimulasi vibrasi dapat diberikan secara tunggal maupun bersamaan dengan metode analgesik lain, baik dalam waktu bersamaan maupun beberapa saat sebelum dilakukan tindakan. Stimulai vibrasi diberikan dengan alat Vibration Anesthesia Device (VAD).
