Program Skrining dan Deteksi Dini Penyakit Tidak Menular Pada Lansia di Desa Kedisan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kintamani IV Kabupaten Bangli

ABSTRAK

 

Proses penuaan pada lansia berdampak pada aspek kesehatan seiring dengan berkurangnya fungsi organ tubuh secara alamiah ataupun karena penyakit. Kegiatan ini mampu mengetahui dan deteksi masalah kesehatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pencegahan dini penyakit tidak menular meliputi hipertensi, diabetes, asam urat dan kolesterol. Kegiatan yang tercapai adalah skrining kesehatan diikuti oleh 96 orang, 31% berada dalam kategori hipertensi grade 1,lebih dari 80% responden menyatakan tidak ada riwayat penyakit diabetes mellitus, hipertensi, jantung, stroke dan kanker. Sebanyak 7% mengetahui bahwa dirinya memiliki riwayat hipertensi dan 20% memiliki riwayat kolesterol.  Kegiatan ini mampu mendeteksi penyakit tidak menular yang dialami lansia sehingga diharapkan bagi lansia yang memiliki resiko kesehatan penyakit tidak menular untuk meningkatkan kesadarannya melakukan skrining kesehatan secara rutin.

ABSTRACT

 

The aging process in the elderly has an impact on health aspects along with the natural decline in organ function or due to disease. This activity is able to identify and detect health problems that can be done for early prevention of non-communicable diseases including hypertension, diabetes, gout and cholesterol. The activities achieved were health screening followed by 96 people, 31% were in the grade 1 hypertension category, more than 80% of respondents stated that they had no history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, stroke and cancer. As many as 7% knew that they had a history of hypertension and 20% had a history of cholesterol. This activity is able to detect non-communicable diseases experienced by the elderly so that it is hoped that the elderly who have a health risk of non-communicable diseases will increase their awareness of conducting routine health screenings.
