Skrining dan Pengobatan Anemia pada Remaja Putri di Desa Sumbersono Mojokerto

ABSTRAK
Desa Sumbersono terletak di Kabupaten Mojokerto dan hanya memiliki satu Puskesmas Pembantu yang belum berfokus pada kesehatan remaja putri. Di Desa Sumbersono, prevalensi anemia mencapai 40% pada tahun 2017, dan skenario tahun 2025 belum dilaporkan. Melakukan edukasi, skrining anemia dan pengobatan pada remaja putri di Desa Sumbersono, Mojokerto. Tahap pra-kegiatan dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu penyuluhan, pemeriksaan dan pengobatan. Terakhir yaitu tahap evaluasi kegiatan dengan melakukan penilaian pada tingkat kegiatan dan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat. Sebanyak 24 remaja putri berasal dari dusun Pekingan, Sumbersari, Selorejo, dan Sumbersono, berpartisipasi dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini. Skrining anemia dilakukan dengan mengukur kadar hemoglobin; seseorang dikatakan anemia jika kadar hemoglobinnya kurang dari 12 g/dL. Hasil pemeriksaan ditemukan dua responden mengalami anemia. Responden tersebut diobati dengan tablet tambah darah selama satu minggu. Hasil pemeriksaan ulang, 1 responden normal dan 1 responden tetap mengalami anemia. Pemeriksaan hemoglobin pada remaja putri di Desa Sumbersono, Mojokerto ditemukan teradpat 2 responden anemia. Pengobatan hanya mampu memperbaiki hemoglobin pada 1 responden.

ABSTRACT
Sumbersono Village, located in Mojokerto Regency, has only one sub-health center that doesn't yet focus on adolescent girls' health. In Sumbersono Village, the prevalence of anemia reached 40% in 2017, and the 2025 scenario has not yet been reported. Conducting education, anemia screening and treatment for adolescent girls in Sumbersono Village, Mojokerto. The pre-activity stage involves identifying the problem, the implementation stage involves providing counseling, examinations, and treatment, and finally, the evaluation stage involves assessing the level of activity and implementation of community service. Twenty-four young women from the hamlets of Pekingan, Sumbersari, Selorejo, and Sumbersono participated in this community service program. Anemia screening was conducted by measuring hemoglobin levels; a person is considered anemic if their hemoglobin level is less than 12 g/dL. The examination revealed that two respondents had anemia. These respondents were treated with iron supplements for one week. A repeat examination revealed that one respondent was normal and one respondent remained anemic. Hemoglobin testing of adolescent girls in Sumbersono Village, Mojokerto, found two respondents were anemic. Treatment only improved the hemoglobin in one respondent.
