Penerapan Behaviour Therapy dan Edukasi Dressing Luka Modern dalam Meningkatkan Harga Diri Pasien yang Mengalami Luka Fisik

ABSTRAK
Harga diri merupakan konsep psikologis yang merujuk pada sejauh mana seseorang menghargai dan menghormati dirinya sendiri. Hal ini melibatkan persepsi individu terhadap kemampuan, nilai, dan harga dirinya dalam berbagai konteks kehidupan, harga diri yang rendah selalu berperasaan tidak cukup selalu merasa tidak berharga, harga diri pasien dapat terpengaruh oleh berbagai kondisi fisik, salah satunya adalah luka fisik. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan harga diri dan pengetahuan dalam melakukan perawatan luka modern. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan setelah diberikan terapi perilaku didapatkan harga diri pasien baik sebanyak 30 orang (100%), setelah dilakukan edukasi dan demonstrasi perawatan luka modern didapatkan hasil pengetahuan pasien tinggi sebanyak 30 orang (100%). Terapi perilaku dan edukasi perawatan luka modern mampu meningkatkan harga diri dan pengetahuan bagi pasien luka fisik. Diharapkan perawat mendapatkan pelatihan terapi perilaku dan memaksimalkan perawatan luka modern bagi pasien yang mengalami luka fisik.

ABSTRACT
Self-esteem is a psychological concept that refers to the extent to which a person values and respects themselves. This involves an individual's perception of their abilities, values, and self-worth in various contexts of life, low self-esteem always feels inadequate always feels worthless, patient self-esteem can be affected by various physical conditions, one of which is physical wounds. The purpose of this activity is to increase self-esteem and knowledge in carrying out modern wound care. The method of activity carried out is in the form of lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results of the activity after being given behavioral therapy obtained good patient self-esteem of 30 people (100%), after education and demonstration of modern wound care, the results of high patient knowledge were obtained as many as 30 people (100%). Behavioral therapy and modern wound care education can increase self-esteem and knowledge for patients with physical wounds. It is hoped that nurses will receive behavioral therapy training and maximize modern wound care for patients with physical wounds.
