Hubungan Kecanduan Narkolema Dengan Fungsi Kognitif Pada Murid Sekolah Menengah Atas Tangerang

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kecanduan narkolema dan fungsi kognitif pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Tangerang. Narkolema (Narkoba Lewat Mata), atau kecanduan pornografi, memiliki daya rusak yang setara dengan kecanduan zat dan dapat memengaruhi fungsi kognitif manusia. Kemudahan akses internet, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z, meningkatkan risiko kerusakan pada Prefrontal Cortex (PFC), yang berperan penting dalam kontrol diri, pengambilan keputusan, dan pembentukan kepribadian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai hubungan antara kecanduan pornografi dan fungsi kognitif pada siswa SMA di Tangerang. Sebanyak 283 siswa mengikuti penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode observasional cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Digit Symbol Substitution Test (DSST) dan Youth Pornography Addiction Screening Test (YPAST). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden (75,6%) berada dalam kategori normal dalam hal kecanduan pornografi, dan mayoritas memiliki nilai fungsi kognitif sebesar 50. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecanduan pornografi dan fungsi kognitif (p = 0,405).
