Neuralgia Pasca Herpetika: Laporan Kasus

Neuralgia pasca herpetika (NPH) adalah komplikasi umum dari herpes zoster yang menyebabkan nyeri kronis, dapat berlangsung selama beberapa bulan hingga beberapa tahun. Seorang perempuan berusia 62 tahun datang ke poliklinik umum Puskesmas Tomuan dengan keluhan nyeri menusuk di dada yang menjalar hingga punggung kanan selama dua hari terakhir pasca infeksi herpes zoster dua minggu yang lalu. Diberikan terapi amitriptilin, asam mefenamat, dan vitamin B kompleks. Setelah diberikan terapi, skor nyeri menurun dari 80 mm menjadi 10 mm setelah 14 hari yang diukur menggunaan skala visual analog (VAS). Kombinasi terapi ini efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri NPH.
