Analisis Komparatif dan Korelatif Jumlah Kunjungan di IGD, Jenis Bayar, dan Karakteristik Pasien Sebelum dan Sesudah Penerapan JKN di RS AMC Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta

ABSTRACT
The implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) has transformed the structure of healthcare financing and utilization in Indonesia, including visits to the emergency departemen (ED). This study aims to analyze the differences in the number of ED visits before and after the implementation of JKN, as well as the relationship between patient characteristics (age, gender, and domicile) and the type of payment used. This Resear uses a quantitative design with a comparative and correlational approach. Secondary data from ED medical records at AMC Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta were analyzed using independent t-test and chi-square test.The resuly showed a significant difference in the number of ED visits between the periods before and after JKN (p<0.005). In addition, there was a significant relationship between the type of payment and age, gender, and domicile of patient (p<0.05). These findings affirm that the JKN financing system and patient characteristics influence ED service utilization behavior. This study provides important contribution for policymakers in evaluating the effectiveness of the JKN system and improving access to emergency healthcare services.

ABSTRAK
Implementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah mengubah susunan pembiayaan dan pola pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia, termasuk kunjungan ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan jumlah kunjungan IGD sebelum dan sesudah penerapan JKN di RS AMC Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta serta hubungan antara karakteristik pasien (usia, jenis kelamin, dan domisili) dengan jenis pembayaran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif dan korelatif. Data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien IGD di RS AMC Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji independent t-test dan uji chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan jumlah kunjungan IGD antara periode sebelum dan sesudah penerapan JKN (p<0.05). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis pembayaran dengan usia, jenis kelamin, serta domisili pasien (p<0.05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sistem pembiayaan JKN dan karakteristik pasien memengaruhi perilaku pemanfaatan layanan IGD. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem JKN dan peningkatan akses layanan kesehatan darurat.
