Mengintegrasikan Hipnosis dan Virtual Reality (Vr) sebagai Solusi Inovatif untuk Mengurangi Nyeri Kronis: A Systematic Review

ABSTRACT

 

Chronic pain represents a significant global health issue, adversely affecting the quality of life for countless individuals. Various methods have been developed for pain management, including hypnosis and virtual reality (VR). Hypnosis has been shown to effectively reduce pain perception, while VR provides an immersive experience that can divert attention from pain. The integration of these two approaches may offer innovative solutions for chronic pain management; however, empirical evidence supporting this combination remains limited. This systematic review aims to explore the effectiveness of the combination of hypnosis and VR in reducing pain, as well as to identify the evidence supporting the use of these interventions in clinical practice. This study employs a literature review approach following the PRISMA guidelines. The systematic review utilizes the PICO framework. The databases searched include Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus, using keywords such as Virtual Reality, Hypnosis, and Pain. The findings indicate that the combination of hypnosis and virtual reality (VR) significantly reduces pain in patients with various conditions, including postoperative and oncological cases. This intervention not only diminishes pain perception but also enhances patient satisfaction and quality of life. Evidence suggests that this approach can serve as a safe and effective alternative in chronic pain management. The integration of hypnosis and virtual reality (VR) demonstrates substantial potential in alleviating chronic pain. This review supports the utilization of these innovative methods as effective strategies in pain management within clinical practice.

ABSTRAK

 

Nyeri kronis adalah masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan, mempengaruhi kualitas hidup banyak individu. Berbagai metode telah dikembangkan untuk manajemen nyeri, termasuk hipnosis dan virtual reality (VR). Hipnosis terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi persepsi nyeri, sementara VR menawarkan pengalaman imersif yang dapat mengalihkan perhatian dari nyeri. Mengintegrasikan kedua pendekatan ini dapat memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan nyeri kronis, namun bukti empiris yang mendukung kombinasi ini masih terbatas. Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas kombinasi hipnosis dan VR dalam mengurangi nyeri, serta mengidentifikasi bukti yang mendukung penggunaan intervensi ini dalam praktik klinis. Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Tinjauan sistematis menggunakan PICO. Database penelusuran yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus dengan kata kunci Virtual Reality, Hypnosis, Pain. Hasil berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi hipnosis dan virtual reality (VR) secara signifikan mengurangi nyeri pada pasien dengan berbagai kondisi, termasuk pascaoperasi dan onkologi. Intervensi ini tidak hanya mengurangi persepsi nyeri, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan kualitas hidup. Bukti menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini menjadikan alternatif yang efektif serta aman dalam manajemen nyeri kronis. Integrasi hipnosis dan virtual reality (VR) menunjukkan potensi besar untuk mengurangi nyeri kronis. Tinjauan ini mendukung penggunaan metode inovatif ini sebagai pendekatan efektif dalam manajemen nyeri di praktik klinis.
